RETURNS POLICY

In order to qualify for a return, items must be in pristine condition, unworn, unwashed, and devoid of any marks, odors, or alterations. All original packaging, tags, and accompanying accessories must be intact and included with the return. Please be advised that certain items, including but not limited to intimate apparel, personalized products, and items marked as final sale, are strictly ineligible for return under our policy.

Return Process:

  1. Initiation of Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team. You will need to provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Upon review, our Customer Service Team will provide you instructions for the return process. It is important to note that returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays or may be rejected.

  3. Packaging for Return: We kindly ask that you carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during shipping. Utilizing the original packaging where possible is recommended. Ensure that the box or envelope is securely sealed.

  4. Return Shipment: The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer..

 

Refund Procedure:
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, each item will undergo a meticulous inspection to ensure compliance with our return criteria. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days following approval. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we advise that you place a new order for the desired product and proceed with a return of the original item. This approach permits a timely fulfillment of your request, as availability of specific items may fluctuate.

Defective or Damaged Goods:
In the unfortunate event that you receive an item that is either defective or damaged, we beseech you to communicate with our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt. Kindly include photographic documentation of the issue. We will take prompt action to arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no added cost to you.
